Οι Master of Wine στην Ελλάδα, οι πρώτες εντυπώσεις σε Αθήνα, Κρήτη και Σαντορίνη

Με πολύ νωπές τις εικόνες από την πρόσφατη επίσκεψη των δεκαοκτώ Masters of Wine στην Ελλάδα που ολοκληρώθηκε ακριβώς στις 6 Οκτωβρίου πιάνω δουλειά να καταγράψω τις πρώτες μου εντυπώσεις. Καταρχάς αξίζει να αναφερθώ στη σημασία της επίσκεψης. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που το Ινστιτούτο των Masters of Wine επισκέπτεται την Ελλάδα την τελευταία δεκαετία, γεγονός που έχει από μόνο του τη σημειολογία του. Το ελληνικό κρασί εισέρχεται σε μία νέα φάσης μεγαλύτερης αναγνώρισης και αποδοχής.
