Acroterra: Η νέα προσπάθεια Θυμιόπουλου και Χρυσού στη Σαντορίνη
O παραγωγός Αποστόλης Θυμιόπουλος από τους Αμπελώνες Θυμιόπουλου στη Νάουσα σε συνεργασία με τον Σπύρο Χρυσό θα κυκλοφορήσει σύντομα τρεις ετικέτες Σαντορίνη με το εμπορικό σήμα Acroterra.
Με την προσθήκη αυτή ο Θυμιόπουλος θα δίνει το παρόν σε τρεις σημαντικές περιοχές ονομασίας προέλευσης (ΠΟΠ), την Νάουσα, την Ραψάνη και τη Σαντορίνη. Acroterra είναι το όνομα της κοινής επιχείρησης με τον Σπύρο Χρυσό που συμπεριλαμβάνει ιδιόκτητους αμπελώνες στο χωριό Πύργος. Το τελευταίο θεωρείται ως ένα από τα καλύτερα (αν όχι το καλύτερο) σαντορινιό terroir.
