Herbal and botanical nose. Touch of gamey aromas as well. Elegant and silky on the palate with precision and mineral hints, this is very Pinot Noir in approach. Sound effort of Limniona fermented and matured in amphoras, though less expressive and less complete compared to the standard Limniona of the producer.
