Η Νεμέα που δεν ξέρουμε
Όταν μιλάμε για την Νεμέα η κλασική περιγραφή αναφέρει ότι είναι η μεγαλύτερη ονομασία προέλευσης της χώρας με 25.000 στρέμματα. Η ποικιλία που θεωρείται ο απόλυτος κυρίαρχος δεν είναι άλλη από το γοητευτικό Αγιωργίτικο που παράγει απαλά, φρουτώδη και ευκολόπιοτα κρασιά. Και μπορεί αυτή να είναι μία δήλωση που έχει μεγάλη δόση αλήθειας αλλά δεν λέει όμως … και όλη την αλήθεια.
Ότι δηλαδή η Νεμέα είναι πολύ περισσότερα αποτελώντας ένα μωσαϊκό αμπελοτοπιών διαφορετικών εκθέσεων, υψομέτρων και εδαφών και αυτή η σύνθεση εκφράζεται στο κρασί μέσα από μεγάλη ποικιλία στυλ και ποιοτήτων.
