Kechris Rosa Retsina

(Xinomavro from Goumenissa) A charming rosé Retsina and outstanding effort from Kechris winery displaying pine needles, sour cherries and even a hint of wild strawberries. Delicate, vibrant and distinctive with medium body and very pleasant acid feel. There is a touch of residual sugar yet this is dry overall and very food friendly. One of the best matches with grilled octopus. Summer in a glass. Great packaging as well.
