Ligas Cuvée L 2013

A microcuvee from Jason Ligas in Pella, Macedonia produced with natural wine protocol (indigenous yeasts, no fining, no filtration, total SO2 of 35mg/lt). Fruit is sourced from Assyrtiko vines trained in pergola 2m high that according to Ligas promote air circulation and create a better ripening environment. Sweet and ripe, Hermitage-like nose with honeyed richness, apricots and a touch of floral aromas as well. Powerful and zesty this has real concentration and intensity. Very good! (92% Assyrtiko, 8% Roditis)
