Melissinos Gold Zakynthino 2007

A rare treat during my visit in the winery. Zakynthino looks like it can age and the 2007 showed excellent characteristics. Honey and apple with medium full bodied this reminded me of a Hermitage blanc with somewhat less power. Very interesting!
