Parparoussis 'Petite Fleur' Sideritis 2018

A very distinctive rosé wine from Parparoussis, a winery which have been always focusing on quality rather than on quantity. This is produced from local Sideritis variety, a Parparoussis specialty. Moderately aromatic with blue fruit and lavender on the nose. The palate is  stylish and lean but with enough flesh to give grip and body. A bitter tannic finish provides excitement. Distinctive and peppery.
