The nose is similar to Argyros, quite mineral with some earthy/cheesy notes in the beginning. Yellow fruits, yeasty notes and on the palate it is dry, with balancing acidity. A sound example for the variety well made, lacking a bit of mid-palate depth. and has a medium, lemony, finish. 12.5% abv (tasted blind)
