From the organic vineyards of Sclavos in Cephalonia, this Robola is ripe, buttery with apricot aromas and some petrol hints. Deep and complex. Medium bodied, slightly phenolic with fine texture. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention etc. this is absolutely delicious.
