T-Oinos Clos Stegasta Assyrtiko Rare 2017

Unreleased yet. 2000 bottles. Smoky with match stick reduction and a kiss of oak. A core of lemon fruit with mineral undertones. Very elegant with just a layer of oak on palate, focused and precise. Purity of crystal clean fruit shines here yet this is very youthful. Long lasting mineral and salty finish. Matured only in amphora and barriques with 14% abv barely noticeable.
