(Unreleased yet, 2200 bottles, matured in amphora, Taransaud and Stockinger oak). A top level Assyrtiko that is intense and vivid with piercing lemon and apple fruit along spice and a kiss of oak. Fat, pure and fresh on the palate with tremendous complexity for such a youthful wine. While this is just and adolescent it has the potential to develop beautifully in the bottle. Unique and stunning.
