The once obscure Tsapournakos variety has been proved by DNA analysis to be Cabernet Franc. So this is a Greek version of Cab Franc typical of the variety, with pronounced capsicum, cedar and red cherry fruit. On the palate it is medium-bodied, balanced and elegant with a medium to long aftertaste.
