New release from Avantis winery in Santorini this is produced from capricious, tannic and high acid Mandilaria variety. Short maceration and no oak involved to produce a summer wine that can be chilled. Floral and spicy on the nose with abundant cherries and raspberries. Elegant and vivacious with a vein of acidity on the palate.
