Dianthos is the new rosé from Boutari. It is 100% Xinomavro with an attractive pale salmon colour. The nose highlights ripe strawberry scents along tomato on the spoon and leafy hints. Ripe and zesty on the palate with moderate acid, light tannins and reasonable finish.
