Gaia, Wild Ferment Santorini 2017
Lemon - gold coloured. Nose with ripe peach, smoke and quince. Evolved in profile and broad. Lovely concentration on palate, good but not outstanding complexity, impression that it is fast maturing. Fat and fresh to drink over the next 3-4 years. A benchmark wine for Santorini that I believe is more rewarding in its youth.
