(single vineyard Vidiano, partly oaked, 1450 bottles, 14% abv). The diva of the Cretan vineyard, Vidiano as expressed by upcoming Karavitakis winery in Chania, this is ripe but also fresh on the nose with apricot, butterscotch and mineral undertones. Medium full-bodied on the palate, tight and structured it is already delicious but will become better with age.
